Guiding principles
These principles govern how ORGA works with customers, develops technology, evaluates evidence, and responds to change.
We protect and responsibly develop what is entrusted to us.
We communicate honestly, honor boundaries, and fulfill our commitments.
We make strategy, performance, data, and technology understandable.
We learn continuously and evolve as businesses and AI change.
I am building ORGA because strategic reporting is too often divided between plans that cannot be measured, data that lacks governing context, and decisions whose reasoning is quickly lost. My work in institutional data and analytics showed me the value of joining those records carefully.
I concurrently pursue graduate study in Applied Quantitative Finance and Global Economic Affairs and publish independent research on how AI changes markets and institutions. ORGA is independent of my employer.
